Visa support

    All foreign citizens who want to visit the Russian Federation, are required a visa. A visa is issued by virtue of a visa support or invitation registered by a organization through the Passport and Visa Department, or by virtue of a tourist voucher from an authorized Russian travel company, or directly from a Russian hotel, showing a reference number and a confirmation number for the visa.

    The visa can be single-entry, double-entry, and multi-entry. A single-entry visa allows an alien to enter the Russian Federation once and leave the Russian Federation once.

    The double-entry visa gives an alien to enter and leave the Russian Federation twice.

    The multi-entry visa gives an alien the right of repeated (more than twice) entry to the Russian Federation.

   A Tourist visa to the Russian Federation is a document, giving permission to stay in Russia for up to 30 days for foreign citizens of the USA and Canada and up to 14 days for citizens of all other countries.

   Business visa is issued for travelers, who visit Russia on official or private business. Business visas are the best for visitors who want to stay in Russia longer than 14-30 days. Business visas to the Russian Federation could be single and double entry for up to 90 days. There are also multiple-entry business visas, valid for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.
