I am about to embark on another trip to Moscow and must acknowledge how Svetlana, an Moscow-Comfort general mamager, did not hesitate to take on another challenge to find a cozy, secure, and reasonably priced home away from home for myself, and a group of my friends that are coming to Moscow this December. My company has offices in Moscow which requires me to travel to Russia three or four times a year. For many years, this hard working girl has gone out of her way to accommodate my needs for lodging in Moscow. All I ever need to do is send Svetlana a single email with my date of arrival and she quickly responds within a few hours with a listing of available accommodations, complete with descriptions and photos. Moscow-Comfort knows my specific needs and requirements; every time I am in Russia, I get precisely the type of place I need to conduct business, relax, and have fun 12,000 miles away from my hometown in San Diego, California. Svetlana is fluent in English and always meets me at my accommodation regardless of my arrival time. She is quick at processing my requests and is always available during my stay for any questions or issues that may arise. I would like to congratulate Moscow-Comfort for having such a great and dedicated person on your team. Svetlana is knowledgeable, smart, attention detailed and most importantly, customer service oriented. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Moscow-Comfort to anyone who is going to Moscow for a short-term trip, to work directly with her. You will get a secure, pleasant place within your budget, in any part of the city you desire. I look forward to working with you in the years to come. Great Apartments, Great Service and Very Reasonably Priced. The apartments are conveniently located in Moscow City and were always very very very clean. Sveta is a really nice person, I wish her all the best and I would recommend anyone to stay at Moscow Comfort Apartments.

I have known Sveta for some time and have always been impressed with her professionalism and attention to customers. The apartments she has are well located and at a western standard. She is honest and easy to deal with--no suprises. I look forward to staying in her apartments again.

I stayed in Moscow Confort apartments several times and can assure is a good buy price per quality. All places are central and in good conditions, the very best is the apt in Tverskaya, but in general they are all good and Sveta is very attentive in providing all is necessary in due time.
